We only collect what we need to help you repurpose content, track your brand voice, and make the most of your social media efforts. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what control you have.2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT- Account Info: Name and email address.
- Social Data: Linked social handles and publicly available posts (via Apify) to help style repurposed content.
- User Content: Emails, blog posts, podcast transcripts, and other content you send to us or connect via RSS feeds.
- Generated Content: Outputs created using AI (stored for up to 60 days so you can review or publish them).
- Payment Info: Managed securely by Outseta via Stripe. We do not access or store your payment data.
- Analytics: We use Plausible (a privacy-friendly analytics tool) and the Facebook Pixel to understand how our site is used.3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATAWe use your data to:- Provide and improve the Creator Works service
- Generate and deliver AI-enhanced content
- Personalize content based on your brand voice
- Inform you about relevant product updates or new features
- Ensure the security and performance of our platformWe do not sell your data. Ever.4. AI AND CONTENT PROCESSINGWe use third-party services including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Microsoft Azure to process your content. Your data is used only for processing and is not used to train their models.All content you send and all generated outputs are stored for 60 days, so you can access them for editing or scheduling on connected platforms (e.g., via Ayrshare).5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICESWe may share limited data with trusted services that help us operate:- Outseta & Stripe – Account management and billing
- Apify – Social media scraping for styling content
- Ayrshare – Social media scheduling and publishing
- OpenAI, Anthropic, and Microsoft Azure – AI processing
- Plausible – Website analytics
- Postmark – Transactional emails (e.g., content summaries)
- Namecheap Private Email – Handles inbound user communication6. COOKIES AND TRACKINGWe use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings.7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICESYou can:- Access or update your data

If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the Service.2. What Creator Works DoesCreator Works helps you repurpose your content (like newsletters, podcast transcripts, and blog posts) into social media posts and outlines, styled in your voice and optimized for different platforms. We use AI tools to support this process, and you always have final control over what gets published.3. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use Creator Works. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.4. Your ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:- Provide accurate account information
- Only use the Service for lawful purposes
- Not submit content that infringes on the rights of others (copyrighted material, private information, etc.)
- Not reverse-engineer, abuse, or interfere with the operation of the ServiceYou are responsible for any content you upload, submit, or repurpose through the platform.5. AI and Content GenerationWe use third-party AI services (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Microsoft Azure) to process your content. These systems generate drafts and suggestions—you are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before publishing.Creator Works does not claim ownership of your original content or the generated outputs. You're free to use, edit, and distribute them as you wish.6. Payment and BillingSome features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Outseta and Stripe. Prices and subscription terms will be clearly stated at checkout.We do not handle or store your payment details directly.7. Cancellation and TerminationYou can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access will continue through the end of the billing period.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful behavior.8. Service AvailabilityWe aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service—but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free functionality. The Service may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time.9. Limitation of LiabilityCreator Works is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions arising from your use (or inability to use) the Service.To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.10.
